Honeywell Announces $1.4 Billion Cash Sale of Productivity Solutions and Services Business to Brady Corporation

On April 20, 2026, Honeywell International (NASDAQ: HON) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
